PMG has accumulated years of experience in the design and manufacture of high-pressure reactors. We hold Grade A1 and A2 (Class III High-pressure) pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualifications as well as Grade GC2 pressure pipeline installation qualification. We are capable of designing and fabricating complete sets of industrial-scale reaction systems tailored to customers' specific process requirements, providing turnkey engineering solutions covering equipment design, manufacturing, and on-site installation.
Our Reactors adopt rare earth permanent magnet coupling drives, featuring stable operation, low noise, static sealing, zero leakage, and high safety and reliability. These reactors are ideally suited for various fixed-bed chemical reactions involving highly hazardous, toxic, flammable, explosive, and strong-penetration media.
Our independently developed self-priming hydrogenation reactors ensure full and uniform gas-liquid mixing, delivering high reaction efficiency with zero leakage, and have won high recognition from a wide range of customers.
Main Materials Available:S30408, S31603, 310S, stainless steel clad plates, nickel alloys, titanium alloys, Hastelloy, Monel, PTFE-lined materials, and other special materials.
